Join Neeli Faulkner of Murder Creek Media for a live true crime experience that goes beyond storytelling.
In this interactive program, participants will walk through a condensed murder case trial—hearing opening statements, examining key testimony, and considering the evidence as it unfolds. As the case develops, you’ll decide for yourself what you believe and how a verdict might be reached.
Along the way, you’ll gain insight into how criminal cases are built, how media narratives shape public perception, and how information can be used in court. You’ll also learn how to access public records, recognize red flags in criminal prosecutions, and responsibly research cases using open-source information—many of the same tools available through your local library.
